Q: How does a repair facility go about making a claim?
A: The dealer may either complete a claim form online by going to NWAN or they may call 1-800-810-8458 to make a claim by phone
Q: When are claim administrators available to process a claim?
A: Claim administrators are available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Monday through Friday or online 24 hours a day at NWAN. All claims submitted online after hours will have priority processing the following business day.
Q: Is there a deductible payable by the customer or dealership when making a claim?
A: There is no deductible on the program, all parts and labor are covered at 100%.
Q: How does a dealership know what maintenance is required to keep the customer’s Warranty Forever contract in force?
A: The customer is required to maintain the vehicle with the SELLING DEALER or by a facility which has been Pre-Authorized by NWAN. They are required to maintain the vehicle according to the Manufacturer's Recommended Maintenance Schedule.
